Northeast India
Northeast India originally comprised of the seven states Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura are called the Seven Sisters. Sikkim later was added to this region. It lies in the north-easternmost part of India and is a fascinating holiday destination.
